During the recordings of SmackDown, Teddy Long made it official a struggle between Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes against The Big Show for the Intercontinental Championship for WrestleMania 28 with this confirms what was already said above and informed the WWE is that the NBA player Shaquille o'Neal would not be at Wrestlemania and personally I find it much more interesting a fight between these 2 at Wrestlemania as we could see out to big Show Intercontinental Champion Cody or proving to be a great champion by defeating big Show the card to Wrtestlemania look good, but unfortunately this also increases with the rumor that Money in The Bank did not return to Wrestlemania as it is trying to accommodate their cards in mid struggles to Wrestlemania.
